Quality Assurance Analyst
Work Location: Charlotte, NC but open to Remote Candidates
Duration: Till 12/31/24 with potential extensions
Rate: $ 40-45/hr on W2

Qualifications
· Experience in UI, Backend and API automation testing.
· Preferred BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related subject.
· Required Skills & Experience
oProficiency writing code in JavaScript ES6/TypeScript
oExperience with Cucumber BDD testing framework (Gherkin syntax)
oExperience with Node.js or other JavaScript runtime environments
oExperience automating API testing and extensive knowledge of creating and leveraging mocks, stubs, and virtual services to fulfill test automation requirements
oExperience with continuous integration / continuous delivery (CI/CD) supporting technologies:
§ GIT, GitLab, Docker
· Preferred Skills & Experience
oExperience with testing frameworks/libraries like MS Playwright, Cypress, Jest or other cross-browser automation libraries
oExperience with JSforce or other Salesforce API libraries
oExperience in SOQL or SQL language, able to write SQL/SOQL complex queries
· Major plus with direct experience in the following:
oContact center services applications
§ Salesforce Lightning CRM – for customer interaction management, case management, workflow management, and 3rd party application integrations.
oFinancial services technology/consumer banking testing experience
· Extensive knowledge of:
oWhite Box Testing practices.
oSoftware engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build and release processes, continuous integration and continuous deployment concepts (CI & CD), and test suite development and maintenance.
· Working knowledge of:
oAutomated Test-Driven Development (ATDD), Test-Driven Development (TDD) or Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
· Must be able to provide hands-on training for existing testers in writing and using automation scripts and ensuring best practices are followed.
· Experience in troubleshooting issues and root cause analysis
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Enthusiastic and energetic with an inherent curiosity to break code.
