Position Overview:
The Reporting Administrator will have a variety of responsibilities in support of maintaining the accuracy and integrity of customer data and associated products and deliverables. Primary responsibilities include review and verification of scheduled customer deliverables such as sales reports, payments, payment reports, ad hoc and other reports.
Position Requirements:
- Detail oriented with strong desire to produce quality results
- Ability to accurately process large volumes of work under strict time constraints
- Ability to conduct analysis of data and take corrective actions upon discovery of issues
- Ability to cultivate productive and strong working relationships within the Quality Assurance Department and other departments within the organization
- Ability to exercise good judgment and decision-making skills in a dynamic environment with changing priorities both independently and collaboratively with team members, peers and supervisors
- Knowledge of Internal Controls
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communications skills
- Effective proficiency with office automation software – Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Strong basic math skills
Responsibilities:
- Review customer documents and ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established standards
- Verify that deliverables meet customer requirements and specifications
- Complete work accurately and within prescribed time frame
- Produce and maintain supporting documentation
- Pioneer or support process improvement initiatives
- Coordinate, support, and assist in the design and establishment of new customer reports and processes
- Perform other duties as needed
