Quality Control Inspector - Night Shift (F Shift) Compensation

• The pay for this position is $16.50 per hour (includes $15 base rate + $1.50 shift premium for F Shift)

• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Quality Control Inspector - Night Shift (F Shift) Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

• The required availability for this position is F Shift (3-2-2-3 schedule) from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Quality Control Inspector - Night Shift (F Shift) Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and testing in accordance with regulations and quality standards

• Analyze test results, determine final disposition of some products, and identify nonconforming conditions

• Follow SOPs and scientific methods to ensure product quality

• Identify non-compliance with quality standards and regulations

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards

• Maintain appropriate licenses, training, and certifications as needed

• Use calibrated equipment and follow proper maintenance and repair procedures

Quality Control Inspector - Night Shift (F Shift) Requirements

• High School Diploma preferred but not required

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a quality control role

• Understanding of calibrated equipment and maintenance procedures

• Ability to follow SOPs and scientific methods

• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards

• Attention to detail and the ability to identify noncompliance
