Quality Control Inspector | Details and Compensation:

• Location: Woburn, MA 01801 – 100% on-site
• Payrate: $25+/hr – based on experience  
• Required Availability: Monday – Friday, 6 AM – 2:30 PM

Quality Control Inspector | Summary and Highlights:

The Quality Control Inspector will perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections on a variety of products to ensure compliance with internal procedures and product specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience using precision measuring tools and a keen eye for detail to uphold quality standards.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
• 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Quality Control Inspector | Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections using calipers, verniers, depth mics, micrometers, MTS, tensile testing, and integrity testing
• Identify and report non-conformances, discussing corrective actions with the Supervisor
• Maintain accurate inspection records and rejection notices
• Monitor compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in work areas
• Assess product quality and ensure compliance with internal and external standards
• Perform repetitive motions and handle products weighing up to 50 lbs

Quality Control Inspector | Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (Verifiable).
• 1+ years of Quality Control experience required
• 6+ months in a manufacturing environment is a plus
• Strong communication and human relations skills
• Ability to read and comprehend English
• Detail-oriented with the ability to make objective quality assessments
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
