Quality Control Inspector | Details and Compensation:

• Location: Zelienople, PA 16063 – 100% on-site
• Payrate: $16/hr
• Required Availability: Flexible work hours: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM 7:30 AM-4:00 PM 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Quality Control Inspector | Summary and Highlights:

The Quality Control Inspector position will support quality assurance efforts by conducting inspections and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and ISO standards.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Quality Control Inspector | Responsibilities:

• Conduct electrical, mechanical, and visual inspections of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
• Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy against purchase orders and shipping documents.
• Count, weigh, or measure incoming items for verification.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure product standards are met.
• Document inspection results and generate detailed reports using computer systems.

Quality Control Inspector | Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (Verifiable)
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• Previous relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to read technical documentation.
• Dependable with a safety-first mindset.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbds

Work Environment

• Mixture of office and floor operations.
• Exposure to moderate noise, mechanical equipment, and varying temperatures.
• Physical demands include walking, standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and repetitive motions.
