Job Title: Quality Improvement RN

Location: Harrisburg PA 17120

Pay: $32.00 - $34.00 per hour

Shift 8:00am-4:00pm

Scheduled Pay: Weekly

RN Responsibilities

• Participates in analysis of Quality Management Program reports, with recommendations for corrective actions. Performs Quality Management reviews, coordinates, and manages other staff in doing audits.
• Provides leadership and in-service training for medical and non-medical staff relating to Quality Management, audit methodologies and related plans of correction. Liaison and coordinator with physicians and nurses to implement/support Quality Management Program.
• Maintain and upgrade skills by attending meetings, training sessions, and seminars and by reviewing current literature.
• Participates in committee assignments as necessary.

Registered Nurse Requirements:

• Associate Degree in Nursing / Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred but not required
• Current / Active state license as a RN
• 3 years experience working as a Registered Nurse
• 2 years Utilization experience
