Quality Improvement Specialist Compensation

• The pay for this position is $50.00 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Quality Improvement Specialist Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position is MON-FRI 8:30AM-4:30PM

Quality Improvement Specialist Responsibilities

• This position will support the Healthcare-Associated Infection Prevention Program by providing support and education to healthcare facilities for enrollment in NHSN and will monitor data, assess infection prevention, and control plans.

Quality Improvement Specialist Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of infection prevention and control experience
• Must be proficient in the use of NHSN
• Certification in Infection Control (CIC) is highly preferred
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
