A-Line Staffing is now hiring RN - ICU This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

RN - ICU Hours
7:00am-7:30pm, every other weekend and holidays required.
RN - ICU Compensation
- The pay for this position is $50.00-53.00 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
RN - ICU Responsibilities
· Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care.
· Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family.
· Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team.
· Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.
· Workers expected to float to CVICU, SICU, Neuro ICU, Stepdown, or GPU.
RN - ICU Requirements
· Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
· BLS & ACLS Certification
· Minimum 2 years recent ICU experience in a Level 1 trauma center, previous travel experience.
· Previous experience with conscious sedation, pulmonary artery lines, vents, and telemetry preferred.
· Unit switching to PLUMB IV pumps, previous experience a plus. Ratio 1:1-2 Unit sees a lot of sepsis, liver/kidney failure, GI bleeds.
· BSN preferred or Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
