URGENT HIRING: Registered Nurses – Telemetry | Float Pool | Union Facility | Up to $54/hr – With possibility of being hired in permanently
Shift: Nights (0700 – 0730)
Pay Range: $54 an hour

We are urgently hiring experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for our Float Pool . As a critical part of our team, you'll float across multiple high-demand units to deliver exceptional, compassionate care where it’s needed most. This is a union facility, and staffing flexibility is essential.

High Demand – Immediate Needs!

You may be pulled every 4 hours to the following units:

• 2ST, CVC (Cardiac/Vascular Care) – Ratio: 1:4 up to 1:6
• Rehab – Ratio: 1:6 up to 1:7/8 (infrequent push)
• 4S, 4N, 2SA, Observation – Ratio: 1:5 up to 1:7/8 (infrequent push)

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recent relevant RN experience
• Active RN License – Michigan
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and Telemetry (all REQUIRED)
• NIHSS – Preferred
• Must be comfortable floating and adapting quickly to different units

Job Summary:

As a Telemetry RN in our Float Pool, you will play a leadership role in delivering high-quality care by utilizing your clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and communication skills. You’ll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for a diverse patient population while collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams.

Education:

• Required: Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Preferred: BSN

Job Details:

• Job Title: RN – Telemetry (Float Pool)
• Schedule: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Union Role – Float across multiple med-surg/telemetry units
