RN Case Manager Compensation

• The pay for this position is $38-$42.00 per hour
• Remote – Texas
  Midland/Odessa and surrounding areas
• 8:00-5:00 M-F
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

RN Case Manager Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position is 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday

RN Case Manager Responsibilities

• Support position for our fulltime Care Managers.
• Role will consist of member outreaches, provider outreaches, documentation of those outreaches, chart reviews.
• High expectations for clear and concise documentation, completing all assignments timely for the month.
• Case management with pediatric experience

RN Case Manager Requirements

• RN licensed in the state of Texas
• Pediatric experience
• Case Management
• High School Diploma or GED
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

RN Case Manager Preferred Qualifications

• Accurate Documentation of those needs
• Organization/prioritization
