RN Endoscopy Compensation:

• Pay rate: $53 per hour

• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

RN Endoscopy Highlights:

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire permanently based on attendance, performance, and business needs

• The required availability for this position is 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

RN Endoscopy Responsibilities:

• Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate patient care utilizing evidence-based practices

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary team to achieve healthcare goals

• Administer procedures, medications, treatments, and intravenous therapy

• Interpret clinical data and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members

• Ensure patient safety and follow safety protocols

• Provide education to patients and families at their level of understanding

• Deliver shift/handoff reports and share pertinent patient care information throughout the shift

• Offer guidance, leadership, and supervision to staff as needed

RN Endoscopy Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

• Current RN license in the State of Ohio

• Minimum of two years of related RN experience required for all float positions

• Critical care experience must include intensive and/or coronary care

• Telemetry experience must include telemetry monitoring

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

• Nurses in critical care, telemetry, PACU, and ED must obtain Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within the first six months if not already certified

• Ability to handle and lift patients, stand/walk for extended periods, and work under stressful conditions
