RN Home Health
Primary functions of the Registered Nurse are to administer skilled nursing care for clients of all ages in their place of residence coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team patient/family and referring agency and assume the responsibility for coordination of care.
RN Home Health Essential Functions:
- Assess home health and/or hospice patients in stable and emergent situations to identify the physical psychosocial and environmental needs as evidenced by documentation clinical record case conference team report and evaluations.
Schedule Notes: Shift:
- M-F until shift is complete On call info: Every 5th week.
Travel Area:
- ABILENE AND A SURROUNDING 50 MILE RADIUS
Benefits available after 90 days
Pay Rate: $50+ per hour
13 week assignment with possibility for extension or conversion

Job Requirements
RN Home Health Requirements:
- Skills Homecare Homebase Software Experience
- Required OASIS Experience
- Required Current state license as a Registered Nurse
- Required CHPN certification
- Preferred Proof of current CPR certification
- Required Current driver's license
- Required Must have reliable transportation and insurance
- Required 1-2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting
- Required 2 years Home health experience - Required.
- IV Cert Required
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program
- Required Bachelors of Science in Nursing - Preferred
- Homecare Homebase: 1 years Home Health Care: 1 years OASIS (Outcome and Assessment Information Set): 1 years
