  • Conduct point-of-care testing (POCT) and document results accurately
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in an electronic medical record (EMR)
  • Monitor patient response to treatment; identify and communicate abnormal findings
  • Support a clean, organized, well-stocked clinic environment; follow safety and infection control standards
  • Communicate professionally with patients, families, and interdisciplinary clinical team members

Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the state where you will work (North Carolina)
  • 1+ year healthcare experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room (required)
  • Experience with phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing (required)
  • Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems (required); Epic experience preferred
  • Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required
  • BLS/CPR certification (must meet minimum expiration criteria at start)
  • Strong patient-facing communication skills and comfort in a fast-paced outpatient clinic setting
