Job Description:
- Provide patient-centered nursing care for pediatric and adult medical-surgical patients, demonstrating clinical expertise and accountability.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in partnership with patients and families, addressing clinical, psychosocial, safety, and spiritual needs.
- Apply the nursing process within Relationship-Based Care to promote a healing environment.
- Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team regarding patient conditions, care plans, and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation to ensure continuity of care.
- Shift/hours: 0645-1915 or 1845-0715
- Schedule: Days, Mids, Nights, with rotation
- Remote/on-site/hybrid: On-site
- Environment: Clinical healthcare setting
- No call requirement; every other weekend working
- Current RN licensure in the state or multistate license through NLC
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Act 31, Act 33, Act 34, and Act 73 clearances with renewal
