Job Title: Radiology Technician
Location: Altoona PA 16601
Pay: $50.00 - $52.00 per hour
Scheduled Pay: Bi-Weekly
Hours:  AM or PM (5x8) 40 hours a week
Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Short term disability after 90 days

Radiology Technician Duties
  • Operate and maintain radiologic equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, ensuring their comfort and explaining the process.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, including the proper use of radiation shielding and compliance
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to review imaging results and address patient concerns.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Assist in quality assurance and equipment maintenance checks.
  • Stay updated on advancements in radiology practices and technologies.

Radiology Technician Requirements
  • Graduate of Accredited Radiography School
  • State RT License
  • ARRT
  • BLS Certified
  • Minimum 1 year experience required
