RADIOLOGY TECHNOLOGIST JOB SUMMARY:

  • Operate Computerized Tomography and Radiologic equipment to produce Diagnostic C.T.
  • Scan diagnostic radiographs, under indirect supervision.
  • Ensure all aspects of patients' records are processed properly to initiate procedure results in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate images with Radiologist, takes additional images as needed or requested.
  • Assist with procedures of an invasive nature. Performs other assigned duties as training and skills allow.
  • Will also be responsible for X Ray but primarily CT Tech Equipment used: Canon CT TosRad X-ray

RADIOLOGY TECHNOLOGIST HIGHLIGHTS:

  • 3 open positions!
  • Schedule: Day (1 position): 6a-2:30p Monday - Friday & every other weekend Afternoon (2 positions): 2p - 10:30p Monday - Friday & every other weekend.
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance.
  • 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
  • The compensation for this opportunity is $108,160 annually.

RADIOLOGY TECHNOLOGIST QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) and the advanced registry in Computed Tomography (CT) or registry eligible.
  • One (1) year Radiology Technology experience preferred
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to calibrate and operate equipment, properly position patients, apply and adjust restraining devices and administer intravenous injections of contrast
  • Successful completion of training to perform other radiology procedures
  • Ability to utilize computer system and file system to facilitate patient records
  • BLS cert required
