A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) in Marysville, OH. The Registered Nurse would be working for a correctional facility and has career growth potential. This would be full-time / 40+ hours per week.

Compensation

• The pay for this position is $50-55 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position is 3pm - 11pm, Must be available any day of the week / rotating weekends

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' conditions and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patient progress and record vital signs, symptoms, and medical history
• Provide wound care, intravenous therapy, and other specialized treatments
• Educate patients and families about managing illnesses, injuries, or post-surgical care
• Coordinate with healthcare teams, including physicians, therapists, and specialists, to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Operate and monitor medical equipment
• Respond to medical emergencies and perform life-saving procedures if necessary
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records following healthcare regulations
• Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, safety standards, and ethical guidelines

Requirements

• License: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
• High School Diploma or GED
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
