Registered Nurse (RN) - Case Manager Compensation

• The pay for this position is $52.35 per hour

• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Registered Nurse (RN) - Case Manager Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential for extension based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

• The required availability for this position is Monday through Friday (8-hour shifts between 7:00am–5:30pm MT)

• Located at the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center and Glendale, CO office location

• Federal holidays off

Registered Nurse (RN) - Case Manager Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide patient care for veterans and their families

• Educate patients and the public on various health conditions and treatment plans

• Perform administrative tasks supporting the VA Office of Community Care and Referral Coordination Team

Registered Nurse (RN) - Case Manager Requirements

• Active, unrestricted RN license in any U.S. State or Territory

• At least 2 years of direct patient care experience within the last 3 years

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution

• AHA BLS Certification (must be current)

• Must provide 3 professional references (names and contact information)

• Must e-sign a Letter of Commitment prior to submission

• Copies of all licenses and certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc.) must be included

• OIG exclusion check will be performed

• Proficiency in English and basic computer skills required

• Mandatory attendance for the first 90 days
