Registered Nurse - ER Compensation

• The pay for this position is $52-$56 per hour based on experience.
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Registered Nurse - ER Highlights

• The required availability for this position is night shift.
• Hours/day: 12
• Shift Time: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Weekend Requirements: None
• On Call Requirements: None

Registered Nurse - ER Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care for the comfort and well-being of patients.

• Provides patient care using critical thinking and independent judgment, and all phases of nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.

• Responsible for the direction and supervision of the nursing patient care team, which is typically made up of Certified Nursing Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses, and other technicians.

• Collaborates with own team and other disciplines in the provision of care.

• Completes documentation of patient care, patient condition, reactions and response to treatment in a timely manner and tracks patient progress.

Registered Nurse - ER Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
• 2 years of ED experience – Required
• Cerner experience – Required
• Certification Requirements: ACLS (AHA); PALS (AHA); BLS (AHA)
• State License Requirements: Michigan

Registered Nurse - ER Preferred Qualifications

• TNCC - Preferred
