Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (RN-ER) Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $50-$53 per hour based on experience.
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (RN-ER) Highlights

  • The required availability for this position is night shift.
  • Hours/day: 12
  • Shift Time: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
  • Shift Notes: Can have 4/12's with OT after 48 or 3/12's with OT after 40
  • Weekend Requirements: Every Other
  • On Call Requirements: None

Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (RN-ER) Responsibilities

  • Assesses the physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of the patient.
  • Plans and implements nursing care according to patient and family needs.
  • Makes appropriate interventions based upon individual patient needs.
  • Evaluates patient responses to nursing interventions.
  • Assumes personal responsibility for quality patient care, patient satisfaction, environment and professional development.

Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (RN-ER) Requirements

  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
  • 1 Year of ER - Required
  • TNCC or ENPC – Required
  • Certification Requirements: ACLS (AHA); BLS (AHA)
  • State License Requirements: Michigan
