Registered Nurse – Home Health Compensation

• The pay for this position is $38-$43 per hour based on experience.
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Registered Nurse – Home Health Responsibilities

• Initiates and provides medically prescribed skilled nursing care and/or health counseling that contributes to the treatment of the medical condition, achievement of the rehabilitation potential, and/or reduction of pain and other symptoms.
• Makes the initial visit to assess the patients physical and emotional status, needs, and resources through observation, interview and analysis of records.
• Prepares the nursing plan of care, in accordance with the physicians plan of treatment, based on problems identified in the nursing assessment and provides patient teaching using the Care Plan/Standard of Care.

Registered Nurse – Home Health Requirements

• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
• 2 Years of experience – Required
• Driver’s License – Required
• Home Care Home Base - Required
• Infusion and Wound care – Required
• Certification Requirements: BLS (AHA)
• State License Requirements: Michigan
