Registered Nurse - ICU Compensation

• The pay for this position is $42-$50 per hour based on experience.
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Registered Nurse - ICU Highlights

• Shift Type: Nights
• Hours/day: 12
• Shift Time: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Shift Notes: 36 hours guaranteed
• Weekend Requirements: Includes weekends and holidays
• On Call Requirements: None

Registered Nurse - ICU Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, including vital signs, neurological status, and overall condition, to provide timely interventions.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and advanced treatments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide patient and family education and emotional support, explaining treatment plans, procedures, and recovery expectations in a compassionate manner.

Registered Nurse - ICU Requirements

• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
• 2 Years of Experience - Required
• Comfortable with Floating to similar units – Required
• Certification Requirements: ACLS; BLS (AHA); NIHSS
• State License Requirements: Michigan

Registered Nurse - ICU Preferred Qualifications

• Travel Experience - Preferred
• Neuro surgical experience - Preferred
