Registered Nurse - ICU Compensation

• The pay for this position is $60 - $67 per hour based on experience.
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.

Registered Nurse - ICU Highlights

Registered Nurse - ICU Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess critically ill patients' conditions, including vital signs and medical status
• Administer medications, treatments, and intravenous therapies as prescribed
• Operate and maintain life-support equipment such as ventilators and monitors
• Provide intensive care and support for patients with severe injuries, illnesses, or post-surgery needs
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and adjust patient care plans
• Perform regular assessments to identify changes in patient conditions and intervene promptly
• Document patient care, treatments, and progress in medical records accurately
• Communicate with patients and their families to provide updates and emotional support
• Follow strict infection control protocols to ensure a sterile and safe environment
• Respond to medical emergencies and participate in life-saving interventions
• Educate patients and families on post-care instructions and health management strategies

• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
• ACLS & BLS – Required
• State License Requirements: Michigan
• 1 year of experience – Required
• Travel - Required
• EKG comfortability - Required
• Must be willing to float to similar units - Required
