Job Description
A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Registered Nurse- Rehabilitation Center. This will be full time.
- Pay Rate: $47.00 an hour paid weekly
- Shifts Available: Full Time – 5x8 hour shifts per week, includes every other weekend – can choose which shift is preferred – times listed below
- 6:45am-3:15pm (1st shift)
- 3pm-11pm (2nd shift)
- 11pm-7am (3rd shift)
- Benefits: available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents/patients in a rehabilitation setting.
- Complete nursing assessments, monitor changes in condition, and update care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments safely according to physician orders.
- Perform wound care, IV care, and other skilled nursing procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery goals.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and care needs.
- Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Communicate changes in patient status and assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge planning.
- Supervise and support LPNs and nursing assistants while maintaining quality and safety standards.
