- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill Burn ICU patients.
- Perform comprehensive assessments and continuously monitor patient condition.
- Manage patients requiring cardiac monitoring, mechanical ventilation, invasive lines, IV medications, and other critical-care interventions.
- Administer medications, blood products, IV fluids, and prescribed treatments.
- Assist with burn wound care, dressing changes, pain management, and infection prevention.
- Recognize signs of patient deterioration and initiate appropriate emergency interventions.
- Monitor and interpret vital signs, laboratory results, cardiac rhythms, and other clinical data.
- On-site position at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas.
- Requires 24/7 coverage, including day and night shifts, weekends, and federal holidays.
- Remote work not applicable.
- Mandatory compliance with BAMC policies, infection control, privacy, and security requirements.
- Candidate must meet federal credentialing, occupational health, security, and onboarding standards.
- Current, active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in any U.S. state or jurisdiction.

- Demonstrated experience caring for critically ill patients in ICU settings.
