- Maintains a collaborative working relationship with the Medical Director, Manager, and unit staff.
- Conducts admission and ongoing assessments of patients utilizing diagnostic data and medical evaluations.
- Develops and implements a patient care plan considering individual needs.
- Documents care provided and patient responses in the patient's record.
- Assumes Charge Nurse responsibilities and oversees care provided by LPNs and technical personnel.
- Demonstrates team member standards and adheres to diversity principles.
- Communicates effectively with other departments and functions as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Schedule: 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week, 8 AM - 7:30 PM.
- Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience with Dialysis.
- Shift hours will be discussed in the interview.
- Graduate of a state-approved school of nursing.
- Current RN licensure with the applicable State Board of Nursing.
- At least 12 months of nursing care experience, including 3 months with maintenance Hemodialysis patients.
