HOME HEALTH RN | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:
- Location: Campbellsville KY 42718 – 100% On-site, home health settings

- Service Area: Primarily Campbellsville, with occasional visits to Green County as needed.
- Payrate: $48.69/hr + $0.49/mile.
- Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

- On-Call: Every 3rd weekend and select days during the week.
HOME HEALTH RN | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:
The Home Health RN will focus on assessing health needs, implementing care plans, and ensuring health maintenance and disease prevention for individuals in community or small facility settings. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and support.
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
HOME HEALTH RN | RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Patient Care: Observe, assess, plan, and evaluate nursing support for chronic or acutely ill individuals.
- Case Management: Coordinate communications between various disciplines to ensure health and safety supports are met.
- Medication Management: Order, review, and monitor medication administration; ensure compliance with storage and disposal policies.
- Documentation: Maintain routine health status records, transcribe physician orders, and complete required nursing reports (daily, monthly, and annual).
- Leadership: Direct and supervise Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN) and ensure unlicensed staff are trained on person-specific health issues.
- Training: Provide new employee training and annual recertification on health and safety topics.
HOME HEALTH RN | REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
- Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
- Education/License: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state of Kentucky or a Compact License.
- Clinical Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills are required.
- Experience: Previous experience in Home Health Care
- Field Work: Ability to commute within the local area; mileage reimbursement is provided
