Registered Nurse Highlights
- The pay for this position is $63.00-$70.00 per hour.
- Onsite position
- This position is a Full-Time opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, blood products, and supportive medications in compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards.
- Monitor and assess patients for treatment responses and adverse reactions, intervening as appropriate.
- Perform assessments including vitals and symptom tracking to support treatment effectiveness.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, side effects, and follow-up care.
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Document care and interventions accurately in the EMR.
- Adhere to safety and infection control protocols in a clinical setting.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of recent Hematology Oncology clinic experience
- Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
