A-Line Staffing is now hiring Registered Nurse in Grand Rapids, MI. The Registered Nurse would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Registered Nurse Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $50+/hr
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Registered Nurse Highlights

  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

Registered Nurse Responsibilities

  • Provides evidence-based nursing care consistent with the interprofessional plan of care and in accordance with health system policies, procedures, and ANA/regulatory standards.
  • Communicates and collaborates with other members of the health care team in order to ensure continuity and coordination of care
  • Acts as a patient/family advocate
  • Ensures that required documentation is performed in an accurate and timely manner
  • Initiates patient discharge planning at time of patient contact and facilitates a smooth transition to the next point of service/home
  • Med Surg

Registered Nurse Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
  • BLS
  • ACLS

Registered Nurse Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior RN experience
  • Prior Med Surg Experience
