Job Title: Registered Nurse (MED/SURG, Tele, Postpartum & Mother, ER, Pediatrics, etc.)

Location: Manhattan, NY USA - Please ask about other available locations!

Hours: Days, Afternoons, and Overnights

Pay:

Med Surg: $69.00 - $71.00 per hour

Tele: $74.00 - $76.00 per hour

PP & Mother/Baby: $69.00 - $71.00 per hour

ER: $80.00-$82.00 per hour

Pediatrics: $74.00-$76.00 per hour

Scheduled Pay: Weekly

Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and short-term disability after 90 days

RN Hospital Responsibilities

• The Professional Staff Nurse has the authority, responsibility, and shift accountability for the delivery of nursing care through the use of the nursing process
• The Professional Staff Nurse, in collaboration with the Unit Manager, and other health care professionals, applies competent clinical knowledge and skills to achieve quality care outcomes
• The Professional Staff Nurse must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care that is relevant to residents under their care, as well as apply principles of growth and development over the life span
• Actively engages in clinical development and/or RN residency program for new hires
• Requests opportunities to learn safe, accountable, and autonomous practice from more experienced nurses

Requirements

• Associates Degree of Nursing Required
• Active RN PA State License
• Act 34 Criminal Clearance
• BLS and ACLS
• ER: TNCC & ENPC
• PP & Mother/baby: NRP
