A-Line Staffing is now hiring a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Pharmacist for a leading retail pharmacy location in Grants Pass, OR. Position Overview:

As a Retail Pharmacist, you’ll be the frontline provider of pharmacy services in a fast-paced retail setting. You'll work directly with patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacy staff to ensure safe and effective medication therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill and verify prescriptions while ensuring patient safety

• Provide counseling and education to patients regarding medication usage, side effects, and potential interactions

• Maintain compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations

• Oversee pharmacy technicians and support staff in daily operations

• Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and controlling pharmaceutical products

• Provide immunizations and other clinical services as permitted by state law

• Maintain accurate patient records using pharmacy software systems

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build relationships with patients and the local community

Required Qualifications:

• Active Registered Pharmacist license in the state of Oregon – Required

• Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy (PharmD preferred) – Required

• Retail pharmacy experience – Preferred

• NO MINIMUM AMOUNT OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
