Job Description
Location: Little Rock, AR (3-days onsite/2-days remote Hybrid Model – training will be fully onsite)
Remarketing Analysts are key-pointed at primary auction facilities. Primary functions include performing title work, including title tracking, transportation tracking, and reconciling sales information in the Remarketing Department. Ideal candidates will have experience working with some form of inventory control, transportation, or auctions. They must be flexible and able to communicate and multitask effectively. General job duties include:
- Ensuring the company obtains a negotiable title on each repossessed vehicle in a timely manner
- Coordinating transportation of vehicles from repossession agents to auction sites, ensuring arrival within corporate guidelines
- Verifying, allocating, and reconciling auction proceeds to appropriate accounts
- Preparing and sending deficiency accounting letters
- Communicating verbally and in writing with customers, vendors, and other departments to effectively complete remarketing processes
- Compiling reports and statistical data
- Performing other duties, as assigned
- 2-5 years of experience in an administrative/clerical capacity; experience within vehicle auctions/remarketing, vehicle title management, or auto finance environments preferred
- Strong MS Office Excel and Outlook skills
- Strong communication skills, in-person, and via telephone and email
- Strong multitasking and organization skills
