Title: Remarketing Coordinator III

Location: Little Rock, AR (Hybrid)

The Remarketing Coordinator is responsible for performing title work, title tracking, transportation tracking, and reconciling sales information in the Remarketing Department. Specific job duties include:

  • Ensuring that the company obtains a negotiable title on each repossessed vehicle in a timely manner
  • Coordinating transportation of vehicles from repossession agents to auction sites, ensuring arrival within corporate guidelines
  • Verifying, allocating, and reconciling auction proceeds to appropriate accounts
  • Preparing and sending deficiency accounting letters
  • Communicating verbally and in writing with customers, vendors, and other departmental staff to effectively complete remarketing process
  • Compiling reports and statistical data.
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Position Qualifications:

  • Previous working experience in Remarketing, Banking, Auto Finance, or Auto Sales/Dealing/Auctioning highly preferred
  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in business or other related field preferred
  • Basic knowledge of general/standard office and administrative procedures and methods
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications; basic computer proficiency/technical aptitude, including data entry and word processing skills
  • Ability to work effectively independently and within a team, and with minimum oversight
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, with strong attention to detail
