Work Location: Little Rock, AR
Duration: Till 8/25 with potential extensions
Pay Rate: $15-17/hr W2

Great multi-tasker, Excellent communication skills, Organization;
Years of Experience: 2-5;
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have had some experience working with some form of inventory control, transportation, or auctions.
I am willing to train given the right candidate. This person needs to be flexible, able to effectively communicate, and multi-task;
Work Schedule:
On site Mon-Fri while training. After training, work on site Mon-Wed. Thurs and Fri are work from home days. Hours would be 8-5; Interview Process: On site interviews
Job Description:
Responsible for performing title work, title tracking, transportation tracking, and reconciling sales information in the Remarketing Department.
Responsibilities
1. Ensure the Company obtains a negotiable title on each repossessed vehicle in a timely manner.
2. Coordinate transportation of vehicles from repossession agents to auction sites ensuring arrival within corporate guidelines.
3. Verify, allocate and reconcile auction proceeds to appropriate accounts.
4. Prepare and send deficiency accounting letters.
5. Communicate verbally and in writing with customers, vendors and other departments to effectively complete the remarketing process.
6. Compile reports and statistical data.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.
