Remote Accounts Receivable Representative Compensation

• The pay for this position is $18.50 per hour

• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Remote Accounts Receivable Representative Highlights

• This is a contract assignment expected to last 6 months, with potential to extend or convert to a permanent role based on performance and business needs

• This is a fully remote position

• Core hours are Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM EST (some flexibility may be required)

Remote Accounts Receivable Representative Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to patients/responsible parties to reconcile accounts and collect payments

• Help patients understand pharmaceutical charges and resolve billing inquiries

• Verify billing, insurance, and account details; update and maintain accurate records

• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and internal policies

• Process payments and follow up on outstanding balances

• Participate in special initiatives and campaigns as directed by leadership

Remote Accounts Receivable Representative Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience

• Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with data entry, Excel/Access, and Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• High School Diploma or GED is required

• Must have a quiet, distraction-free work environment and reliable internet connection

• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

Remote Accounts Receivable Representative Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Medicare Part D is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business is preferred

• Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is helpful
