Remote Billing Analyst Compensation

• The pay for this position is $29.49 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Remote Billing Analyst Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position is Monday to Friday, EST time zone

Remote Billing Analyst Responsibilities

• Run efficient billing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations
• Partner with internal business systems to optimize the accounts payable and billable workflows
• Prepare and distribute client invoices, addressing any billing discrepancies promptly
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for billing purposes
• Manage accounts payable activities, including setting up new vendors, vendor payments, and payment tracking
• Review and analyze financial data to identify areas for process improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, SOX compliance, and relevant regulations
• Foster positive relationships with Sales and clients, addressing inquiries and concerns related to billing
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on payables and receivables

Remote Billing Analyst Requirements

• 2+ years' experience as a Sr Financial Analyst/Manager in Media or Advertising related industries, with a focus on client billing and accounts payable
• 2+ years' experience working with accounting principles and financial regulations
• 1+ year experience with financial software tools such as Salesforce, SAP, and other accounting tools
• High School Diploma or GED
• Mandatory Attendance for first 90 days

Remote Billing Analyst Preferred Qualifications

• Retail media experience is a plus
• Demonstrated strategy experience and ability to understand business trends
• Entrepreneurial spirit seeking to drive innovation
• Effective communication skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders
• Mediaocean experience is a plus
• Expert-level knowledge with Microsoft Excel
