Position: Remote Family Nurse Practitioner – Weekend + PRN

Location: Fully Remote

Pay Rate: $75.00/hour - Weekly pay, W-2

Assignment Start Date: October 19, 2026 - April 17, 2027

Assignment Duration: Approximately 6 months (Temp-to-perm opportunity, with the opportunity to extend or go permanent based on business needs. Extension or conversion is not guaranteed.)

Work Schedule: Clinic Hours - Every other weekend plus PRN support

Additional Hours: Additional hours may be available based on business needs

Work Arrangement: Fully remote; never required to report onsite

Position Overview:

The Remote Family Nurse Practitioner will deliver patient care services through a remote technology platform while collaborating with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. The provider will independently deliver holistic, evidence-based care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health conditions, health counseling, and disposition planning. Patients may range in age from 18 months and above. Patient encounters are documented through an electronic health record (EHR), and the provider will work as part of a collaborative patient care team.

Education Requirements:

• Completion of a Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program is required.
• Current National Board Certification is required.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of medically relevant experience.
• Nurse Practitioner Questionnaire must be included on the resume.
• Experience providing patient care independently is required.
• Ability to practice autonomously and make clinical decisions without direct supervision.

BLS Requirement:

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• BLS must be from the American Red Cross (ARC) or American Heart Association (AHA).
• Candidate must provide a screenshot of BLS certification.

Internet Requirements:

• High-speed/broadband internet is required.
• Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload.
• A speed test does not need to be included on the resume, but candidates must be aware of this requirement.

Important Candidate Requirements:

• Must be available to work every other weekend.
• Must be available for additional PRN hours based on business needs.
• Must be comfortable providing patient care through a remote technology platform.
• Must be able to practice autonomously.
• Must have the required Family Nurse Practitioner education and current National Board Certification.
• Must have at least two years of medically relevant experience.
• Must maintain an unrestricted license and be able to obtain additional state or compact licensure as required.
• Must possess current BLS certification from AHA or ARC.
• Candidate must provide BLS and license screenshots.
• Must have broadband internet meeting the minimum 25 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload requirement.
• Must be proficient with EHR and information technology.
• Must be able to maintain patient confidentiality and comply with PHI and HIPAA requirements.
• This is a safety-sensitive position.
• The position is fully remote and will not require onsite reporting.
