Remote Healthcare Benefits Advisor Job Description:
Join our team as a Healthcare Benefits Advisor, where you’ll play a vital role in helping members understand and manage their healthcare and pension plans. You'll provide empathetic, high-quality support through phone, email, and chat. Starting with one client account, you'll have the opportunity to be cross-trained to support additional clients over time. This is a remote position with real impact — guiding people through some of life’s most important decisions.
Remote Healthcare Benefits Advisor Schedule & Location:

Monday–Friday only (no weekends)

40 hours/week during peak season (with potential overtime)

32–40 hours/week during off-peak season, based on client needs

Shift availability: Must be flexible between 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Location: Remote, but must live within 1 hour of Richardson, TX

In-office visit required on Day 1 for equipment pickup

Occasional in-person meetings or special projects may be required

Remote Healthcare Benefits Advisor Salary/Wage:
-
Regular Pay: $17.00/hour

Bilingual Pay: $17.75/hour (Spanish or French)
Bilingual candidates: Please list your language proficiency at the top of your resume to qualify for the higher rate.
Remote Healthcare Benefits Advisor Duties:
• Guide members through benefits enrollment and plan updates
• Deliver support via phone, email, and webchat
• Focus on quality service rather than speed metrics
• Handle sensitive or complex benefit inquiries with empathy and clarity
• Clearly explain plan documents and procedures
• Follow HIPAA and data privacy protocols in all interactions
Remote Healthcare Benefits Advisor Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Adaptable communication style for different personalities
• Call center or customer service experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person!

• High school diploma or GED required
