Remote Provider Credentialing Analyst
A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Remote Provider Credentialing Analyst. This position is with a Fortune 500 company and offers career growth potential. This would be a full-time / 40+ hours per week opportunity.

Compensation:

  • The pay for this position is $22.54 per hour
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Highlights:

  • This position is a contract assignment with the potential to hire on permanently based on attendance, performance, and business needs
  • The required availability for this position is 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (flexible start time, based on time zone)
  • Training hours are 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST for approximately two weeks

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing deliverables for payer and internal audit requests
  • Perform credentialing business process functions as needed, including scheduled and random credentialing file audits
  • Conduct ongoing monitoring to evaluate regulatory credentialing and delegated payer compliance with contractual requirements
  • Review risk assessments, monitor ongoing compliance, and identify areas for process improvement
  • Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement activities
  • Analyze data, create spreadsheets, and identify trends for reporting
  • Maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
  • Exhibit professionalism and CVS Heart at Work Behaviors
  • Work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
  • 3+ years of related healthcare or health plan experience in credentialing compliance, auditing, and quality assurance
  • 2+ years of experience with NCQA compliance
  • 1+ year of MDStaff experience (Preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications: Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams
  • Ability to independently create and format Excel spreadsheets
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills and experience creating reports to identify trends
  • Ability to combine and create documents using Adobe Acrobat
  • Must be comfortable working remotely with independent time management skills
