We are hiring Sales Specialists in Stuart, Florida.
This would be full time / 40 hours per week.

Sales Specialist Compensation
  • The pay for this position is $17.00 per hour
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Sales Specialist Highlights
  • Location: 100% Onsite – Stuart, Florida
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST
    Must be available to work one late shift per week (11:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST)
  • Start Date: ASAP
Sales Specialist Responsibilities
  • Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls with prospective and existing customers
  • Educate customers on Ostomy, Urology, Purewick, and ancillary medical products
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve order-related issues, and provide accurate product information
  • Accurately document all interactions in CRM and call tracking systems
  • Meet daily/weekly call volume and sales targets while maintaining professionalism and empathy
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, insurance protocols, and scripting guidelines
  • Support customers across multiple channels, including web chat and email
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Sales Specialist Requirements
  • Previous call center or phone-based customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent verbal communication, especially with elderly clients
  • Strong sales aptitude and ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficient in computer systems, CRM tools, and general office software
  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in healthcare, medical supply, or insurance-based sales
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and insurance verification
  • Prior experience with CRM/call center systems
