Hourly Pay: $29.00 - $37.00 (based on experience & education)
Relocation Allowance: Up to $5,000 (discussed during interview)

The Role:
As a Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT), you will play a critical role in delivering independent, high-quality respiratory care to patients in both critical and regular care areas. You will interpret physician orders, assess patient needs, deliver prescribed therapy, and evaluate patient responses to ensure optimal patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently perform respiratory procedures, including invasive procedures, with minimal supervision and minor assistance in patient care units and critical care areas
• Evaluate patient needs and responses to therapy
• Consult with the clinical team and offer suggestions for patient care
• Respond promptly to changes in workload and patient needs to achieve optimal productivity, efficacy and quality patient care

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Respiratory Care (Required)
• 1+ Year of Respiratory Care Experience (Preferred) New Grads Welcome!
• Kansas State License (Active or Eligible to Obtain)
• Registered Respiratory Therapist Credential from the NBRC (Required)
