Job Description

A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Respiratory Therapist. This will be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Respiratory Therapist Hours

  • 7pm-730am; 3 days a week

Respiratory Therapist Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $34.00-37.00 an hour.
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees.

Respiratory Therapist Responsibilities

  • Under general supervision of the Respiratory Therapy Supervisor, delivers life-support, resuscitation, monitoring and various medical gases therapy to patients. Performs invasive and non-invasive diagnostic procedures to Intensive Care and General Practice Units patients.
  • Maintains clinical expertise for Departmental assignments at various business units throughout, as assigned.
  • Communicates effectively with patients, co-workers, physicians and other system employees as needed, regarding patient care needs.
  • Adequately documents all aspects of patient care. Supervises, directs and delegates to Respiratory Therapists, Respiratory orients, externs and students, as assigned.
  • Completes necessary and accurate patient billing information.

Respiratory Therapist Requirements

  • Associate of Science Degree, from an accredited Respiratory Therapist program
  • Registration with the National Board of Respiratory Care
  • BLS Preferred Certification 
  • 2 years of experience preferred
