Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Location: Summit, NJ
Pay Rate: $55–$57/hour
Schedule: PRN / As Needed – Nights
- Shift Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Employees will work only as needed during these overnight hours.
- No guaranteed weekly hours.
- Schedule is based on business and staffing needs.
Respiratory Therapist Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide direct patient care and respiratory therapy services. This role will focus on pulmonary function testing, CPAP initiation, durable medical equipment (DME), and patient education.

- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required.
- Ability to provide direct patient care in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication and patient education skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with physicians and healthcare staff.
- Must be available for PRN overnight shifts, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM.

Respiratory Therapist Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care with an emphasis on pulmonary function testing and initiation of CPAP devices.
- Support requests for continued supply of durable medical equipment, including oxygen concentrators and nebulizers.
- Assist patients with proper inhaler use and education.
- Set up and educate patients on the use of DME equipment.
- Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.
- Perform other related respiratory therapy duties as assigned.
