Pharmacist Compensation
- The pay for this position is $67.57 per hour.
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.
Pharmacist Highlights
This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.
- The required availability for this position is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM (8.5-hour shifts).
- Overtime may be required
Pharmacist Responsibilities
- Accurately fill prescriptions and ensure patient safety
- Deliver high-quality service to patients and providers
- Collaborate with sales staff for local provider outreach
- Mentor pharmacy technicians and interns
- Support daily operations alongside the pharmacy manager
Pharmacist Requirements
- Active RPh license in good standing (Massachusetts)
- Minimum 1 year of pharmacist experience
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
- High School Diploma or GED
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Pharmacist Preferred Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience
- Strong team collaboration skills
