Job Opportunity: Revenue Cycle Transition Manager (Hybrid)

Salary Range: $46.17 - $66.42 per hour (final rate based on experience)
Overview: We’re seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Transition Manager to support critical projects within our revenue cycle team. This role will coordinate the transition of key revenue cycle functions, manage project timelines, and oversee cross-functional integration efforts. The candidate will primarily focus on overseeing the smooth transition of revenue cycle processes, system conversions, and operational integrations.
Position Highlights:
- Location: Candidates must be local, with a hybrid work schedule requiring in-office presence one day per week.
- Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage transition activities for an assigned functional area (e.g., patient access, mid-cycle, CBO, or Revenue Integrity).
- Collaborate with directors and leaders across various teams to align project goals, address operational gaps, and ensure Day 1 readiness.
- Facilitate integration and transition efforts for the implementation of new systems.
- Establish trusted partnerships with executive leadership, driving initiatives from planning through execution.
- Develop playbooks, assist with system testing, and coordinate project phases to meet strategic objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Experience:
- 5+ years in project management
- 3+ years in healthcare revenue cycle management
- 3-5 years leading cross-functional projects
- Skills: Strong program management, data interpretation from a revenue cycle perspective, and ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership.
This role is ideal for a self-directed, adaptable professional who is comfortable managing large-scale projects and collaborating with various teams to achieve seamless operational transitions.
