Title: Campaign Targeting Analytics Analyst I

Location: Work from Home

Pay Rate: $24.65/hr

Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8AM – 5PM EST

The Campaign Targeting Analytics Analyst is responsible for performing database list pulls for strategic initiatives to support communications to PBM members primarily relating to formulary and benefit plan designs. This position is expected to:

• Execute structured SAS-SQL Teradata code to synthesize large amounts of relational data to optimize complex member communications products to key audiences
• Lead or acts as a technical contributor in the design of new applications or enhancements, including the integration of purchased solutions
• Perform quality assurance on list pulls
• Prepare detailed technical specifications from which programs will be written
• Test, debug, and document work instructions; may oversee or perform unit and integrated complete system testing, according to detailed plans to ensure high-quality systems

Position Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of working knowledge and experience successfully leveraging sophisticated database management platforms such as Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server, or structured programming
• Proficiency with SQL
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of independent judgment and initiative
• Ability to communicate effectively in a manner that is clear, logical, and consistent; excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization
• Strong of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed to meet deadlines
• Experience in database or direct marketing highly preferred
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, MIS, Economics, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
