Title: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Project Manager
Location: Work from Home (Candidates available in the Raleigh/Durham, NC area highly preferred)

The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Project Manager is a highly experienced and skilled professional who is responsible for leading and identifying opportunities to integrate Salesforce environments of two business after an acquisition. They will use their knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies to work with stakeholders within this organization to document and understand current processes and support the development roadmap for the integration of the enterprise application. Position responsibilities include:
- Mapping the current state of the business to identify opportunities to drive synergies, leveraging processes and technology changes for the Salesforce integration
- Identifying and eliminating waste in knowledge systems and physical processes
- Improving processes to eliminate complexity and reduce costs
- Training and mentoring other employees on Lean Six Sigma principles
- Working with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Gathering and analyzing data to identify root causes of problems
- Communicating project statuses and results to stakeholders
- Staying up-to-date on Lean Six Sigma best practices
Position Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Agile Project Management or Lean Six Sigma, running large scale projects and cross functional Kaizen events
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a related and highly regulated industry such as Healthcare, Health-Tech, Finance, Fin-tec, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or medical technology
- Experience with Salesforce deployments, migrations, and/or integrations
- Experience working with Salesforce’s custom applications, preferably in developing custom applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate financial impacts of continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience using transactional Lean Six Sigma capabilities in the services space, such as implementation, professional services, contact centers, sales, or commercial operations preferred
- Experience with applications such as SAP or Microsoft Power tools preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously preferred
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in related field required; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Agile Scum Master Certification highly preferred
