Patient Scheduler
Pay Rate 20.00 per hour
Are you organized, detail focused, and passionate about helping patients? This is a great opportunity to join a fast paced medical office where you play a key role in patient care and clinic operations.
What You Will Do
• Schedule patient appointments, tests, and procedures accurately and efficiently
• Answer incoming calls and route patients to the appropriate staff
• Serve as a key point of contact between patients and medical teams
• Manage referrals, insurance authorizations, and documentation in the EMR
• Collect copays and other out of pocket payments at time of visit
• Support front office operations and assist with additional scheduling needs as assigned
What We Are Looking For
• At least 1 year of experience in a medical front office or scheduling role
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Knowledge of medical terminology or coding is a plus
