Analytical Chemistry Scientist I Compensation
The pay for this position is $24.85 per hour.
Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.
Analytical Chemistry Scientist I Highlights
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.
- The required availability for this position is 1st Shift, on-site.
Analytical Chemistry Scientist I Responsibilities
- Perform chemistry testing, data review and entry, and generate protocols and reports.
- Support laboratory maintenance and ensure compliance with GMP and quality standards.
- Conduct stability studies and analytical testing to support product and process changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Quality, to discuss scientific strategies and results.
Analytical Chemistry Scientist I Requirements
- BS/MS in Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, or related scientific field.
- 2–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical analytical chemistry.
- Hands-on experience with wet-chemistry and instrumental techniques (pH, titration, UV-Vis, GC, HPLC).
- Experience working in an FDA-regulated environment with strong GMP documentation knowledge.
- Excellent scientific writing, troubleshooting, and multi-tasking skills.
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days.
Analytical Chemistry Scientist I Preferred Qualifications
- Experience writing scientific protocols and technical reports.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across departments.
