Now Hiring: Senior Call Quality Specialist
Location: 100% Remote in USA (except AK, HI, NM, WY, ID, MT, SD, ND, VT, DE)
Pay: $20 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Flexible hours between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST
Start with full-time training: M–F, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (mandatory attendance)

We're looking for a Senior Call Quality Specialist-Performance Monitoring to review and score phone calls and casework from patient support programs. You’ll give feedback to team members, help improve service quality, and make sure everything follows company rules and privacy standards.
This is a 100% remote role—perfect for someone organized, observant, and passionate about quality.
Job Summary:
- Listen to calls and review documents to check for quality
- Score and track employee performance using company guidelines
- Share helpful feedback with team members and report trends
- Work with leadership on reports, training needs, or areas to improve
- Join projects that help improve how the team works
- Use Microsoft tools (Excel, Outlook, Word) to keep everything organized
- Make sure rules, privacy laws (HIPAA), and quality standards are followed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED (college or certification a plus)
- 3+ years in healthcare support, case management, or call center roles
- Experience reviewing and auditing calls, documents, or case files
- Strong computer skills—especially in Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear communication skills and ability to give constructive feedback
- Spanish-speaking (bilingual) is a plus
